About Us

The American Institute for Justice (AIJ) is a non-profit corporation established in 1998 with the main role of providing continuing education courses for judges, attorneys and others who work within our judicial system.  We believe our conferences are both pleasurable and academically beneficial.

AIJ’s goal is to better prepare those who preside over our courts and administer justice.  As a conference participant, you are the focus of our effort to provide the most up to date judicial education as well as to secure the most desirable venues and the best possible instructors as we build an institution of sustained excellence.

AIJ conducts five day conferences during the year at desirable venues throughout the country.  Our course material was designed based on suggestions from past participants, faculty input and board member discussions.  Our methods of instruction include lectures, videos, group discussions and writing activities.  Of course, we always encourage active group participation.

Please take a few minutes to look at our exciting selection of courses.  We hope that you will join us for an informative and enjoyable conference.  In addition, we hope that you will feel comfortable recommending us to your colleagues.

If you require any further information about the courses, please do not hesitate to contact me, by phone (662-259-0005) or by e-mail (warren@aijinc.org).

Sincerely,

Warren F. Johnson
